Those big beefy switches had been EoL for several years before they got decommed. The blue spaghetti is the result of migrating off of them. This room was bad before, but after... yeah, this is what happens when companies decide to have a dozen locations but fire all of the DC staff in most of them.

I don't think we even have ethernet cabling in our DCs anymore, it's all fiber now. Only for in house networking, workstations, printers etc.
