I resonate with this, but on the other hand I feel like we live in such a self-centered time. If my cup is overflowing, why not dismiss trivial wants to pour into the cups of others? It provides far more enduring satisfaction from my experience.

I don't know which is worse: that there is no sense of self anymore, or that I have to put on masks to pretend there is.
Low maintenance. I dislike most people, I dislike going out, I dislike buying stuff I can do myself. All I want is to be by myself and read in peace. I do like kids and talking tho, so just going to uni or watching over young family members is enough for me.
Some of us don't need insults to feel guilty for existing you know? I didn't have a job for the longest time, so I took nearly nothing.
