I ain't mad at that.
The rice is presented nicely, the cheese is centered, and the plating is as well.
It isn't exactly going to make any headlines, but it gets a c for effort alone

This is a regular lunch for me. Leftover rice and grated cheddar microwaved, then slathered with Cholula sauce. I agree it belongs here!
Grated cheddar is infinitely better than an American single. Cholula doesn't hurt.
If you like Cholula, try Valentina! It's amazing.
It can be hard to find, but worth it. Watch Amazon prices though they can be nuts, it is normally cheap like half or less what Cholula costs.
