Useless board. Unless anchored to a specific date, there's no way to know if an actual time traveler shows up.
Just show up in a Thursday evening and tell them you saw the sign next week.
Stephen Hawking once threw a time travelers party but only published the information afterwards. Nobody showed up.
I know this kinda sounds like a joke but it's a real thing he did.
While I greatly respect(ed) Stephen Hawking, if I could time travel, going to his party would not be anywhere near the top of my list.

It’s weird to think that they would show up.
The earth is here for likely trillions and trillions of years. 2008 or whenever is like a spec in a sea of time. And probably not very interesting
why did he post the information afterwards if he already knew that no one had shown up?
Because if he didn't then they couldn't.
But what if they did show up, then afterwards he chose not to publish the information?
