This is beautiful. Excellent effect! How’d you get that? Is it like wax, ie you have a bit of time before it sets to make swirly patterns?

Thank you! So the way soap is made via the cold process method (the method I use) is where you blend lye water and oils together into something that can be as thin as melted ice cream or as thick as like pudding (as long as it’s emulsified together it’s fine but runnier “soap batter” gives you more time to work with it!). For this one it’s a technique called the “One Pot Wonder” and I actually recorded the process!
I also did turn on international shipping on my Etsy! It can be quite expensive and some people were complaining but Etsy sets the shipping prices and I am but a humble soap maker with no say in that 🤷🏻♀️

Yes! That’s the fun of making bar soap, you don’t know how it’ll turn out and each loaf made is entirely unique and different!

It's certainly a favorite among the goth crowd as well LOL. She had a booth set up a couple weeks ago at the red party in NYC. And she and some of her friends will have a booth set up for dark Forces Fest as well coming up. I don't know how she manages to do all of them by hand in her tiny apartment. She's worse about having open counter space than I am and I am horrible.
