when will the lawyers be unionizing?
Work Reform
A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
The industry is a LOT bigger than that, there's a huge amount of governmental union squashing, all with money provided by PACs. This is financed by international businesses with more resources than, well, anything else on Earth.
Recall that workers are the largest "expense" of most companies, so they will devote the maximum amount of resources to squash higher pay (and replace those workers with robots/AI ASAP, in addition, of course). They're obsessed with it.
Burn their houses down, their corporate headquarters, maybe their factories.
Order is dealer's choice.
let the purge begin!
First time a saw the movie, I thought it was bonkers... Every day in the last 3 years it got more plausible for me.
Something needs to remind the powerful that they are still flesh and bone....
