I heard it's a highway, but the last time I visited Hel, it was mostly a small local road
Finnair used to have flight AY666 from Amsterdam straight to Helsinki (HEL) but only every Friday the 13th.
They do still have flights from Singapore (SIN) to HEL. But that's just normal. Don't worry about it.
