Scotts have a habit of sticking witches hats on statues, because why not it kinda funny and doesn't really harm anyone.
I assume Scotland won their match in Boston so a lot of sex happened.
The next logical step is kids being born with witches hats.

Wonder if I'll be able to remember that the UK-ism for a traffic cone is a witches hat. It makes sense of course, just not what I'm used to. Plus the oscilloscope probe add-on takes first spot for that in my mind. Would guess I'll need more british comedies to reference it for the memory to stick.
