Not competent at:
- running a successful economy
- building a stable future
- balancing the budget
- etc
Competent at
- spending other people’s money
- ruining a state
- building rockets
- industrial scale murder
- convincing idiots they’re competent on stuff they’re most incompetent
- etc
Counterpoint: They were not that good at building rockets because they killed more people during production than were killed by the rockets.
They were gonna kill those people anyway. You can't measure the success of a project if you don't understand the goals.
