20 years ago I was publicly shamed by my whole team for wanting dark mode. Recently found out my entire current team does dark mode. Its just whatever popular. Im waiting for something silly like green mode to in favor.
I can only think of Harley Quinn's Bane when I see him referenced now.

Also, just the other day I finally made the connection that Tom Hardy played both Bane and Eddie Brock. He really has a thing for Venom!
I’m pretty excited for the Clayface movie but I fear this show has done permanent damage to how I imagine the character now.
Every show i seen has such a different take on him. Caped crusader has him as a failed actor and creature commando had him a gamer with scary take on his abilities.
I loved harley quinn show, it was one of the best adult animation show in years.
Yeah, being forced to use Dark mode would suck.
Idk how people don't go blind on light mode, it's too painful not to use dark mode for me.
I have plenty of natural light in my room
natural light
I don't understand. Did LEDs start growing out of the grass?
Some whacko architect designed my house and office with holes in the walls. It's irritating tbh
Ew, this guy uses Windows!
It's not like that I swear!
Fucking contractors, right... I had one OD on his lunch break out front when I was getting my house worked on.
Obvious security vulnerability that's just professional incompetence
Maybe your screen brightness is too high? I prefer 15% and 25+ feels like looking into the sun
Is your monitor back lit by burning magnesium!?

Batman voice: How do you sleep at night!?
Hes switching him to light mode
It's a pain if it is sunny outside
The main pain point is still discord itself tho
This misses your point, but I've always preferred light mode in bright environments and dark mode in dimmer environments, with literally the single exception of Discord, whose light mode is totally unusable despite a bunch of iterations.
"Light mode, you say? How about 1px wide fonts, a background so close to #fff as makes no difference, and contrasting elements with basically no contrast at all? IS THIS LIGHT ENOUGH FOR YOU?"
Beige owl, gruvbox, cattpuccin just don't use lame themes
Just hurts my eyes thinking about it lol
