I’ve seen a few that were removed. The conservatives are way less tolerant of their Donvict being shown poorly.

Democrat's were annoyed with the Biden stickers because at the time it didn't make sense.

Republicans are furious about trump stickers and can't fathom to connect the dots that blowing up your oil supplier directly effects gas prices.

It's kind of hilarious honestly.

Biden didn’t do anything to affect global pricing. It was just the surge in demand caused by economies coming back to life. The world did it to itself.

Trump, OTOH, directly and deliberately started a war that resulted in destruction of oil refining capacity as well as holding petroleum and energy transport hostage, affecting the entire world.

But that distinction is far too difficult for republicans.

That's what I said just longer lol

But you didn’t make sense, by your own admission.

at the time I didn't make sense.

[–] SolidShake@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Oh lmao. My blind ass kept seeing "it"

They don't care. They don't care about making sense or being internally consistent.

They care about their in-group being on top, and everyone else subjugated or dead. That's it. Conservatives are bad people.

because at the time I didn't make sense.

Do you make sense now?

The picture is 2-3 days old, its probably pushing $4.50 by now

[–] taiyang@lemmy.world 4 points 3 days ago

That was my thought, 4 bucks is so cheap!

[–] LastYearsIrritant@sopuli.xyz 2 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Iowa has a few places that never went above $4.

I've got one of these photos too. I wish I was paying under $4... I haven't seen a price that low here in years.

They should advise that you are driving too fast.

Is it normal for that wide range of octane ratings and the highest to be 91?

I don't remember octane ratings in the 80s since maybe the 90s. Here we commonly have 91, 95, and 98 as the options.

[–] vithigar@lemmy.ca 8 points 2 days ago (1 children)

North America uses a different scale for octane than most of the rest of the world. 91 AKI is typically about the same as 98 RON.

[–] Dave@lemmy.nz 1 points 2 days ago

Ah of course they would. Thanks for the info!

[–] plz1@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

I think the "no ethanol" stickers were meant to denote the higher octanes as not having it. I chucked because obviously the blank space has no ethanol.

I have been tempted to do this at my Costco station...

A photo taken of a anti trump sticker at a gas station

1000003791

I seem to remember those retards putting those stickers on everything when gas was low, not fully comprehending that prices are volatile.

so is it now anti trump now, even though it was pro trump then?
