I was assembling a new 3D printer this weekend and seriously underestimated the size. I started building it on top of my table saw outfeed workbench thinking it would be a perfectworking height, and by the end was stacking 2x4s to have a place to stand so I could screw in the top of the enclosure. I discovered that I really should have a small stepstool in the garage, because right now my options are stacking wood or using an 8' stepladder.
Printer is a Sovol SV08 Max BTW. It's fucking massive and I'm gonna love it once I tear down and rebuild a workbench to accommodate it.
