The bedrot trap is real. Winter always sucks me in, but spring is back and Iβve been able to escape it more frequently at my garden starts to take shape and I got some chickens to attend to. I donβt know whatβs right for you, but thatβs a change in routine that has helped me. Best of luck to you, that aimlessness feeling is a terrible spiral.

Been there, done that. Find joy in the small things. If possible, change jobs or move. Take some walks in nature. At least those things help(ed) me. Hope you regain joy in your life!
