I'm glad its working out for you! I've heard of other people doing monotherapy via scrotal application, I even tried myself at some point. Unfortunately in my case it was pretty uncomfortable and I wasn't monitoring with blood tests. I do wonder if I could've done it properly with a weaker gel and with testing.

Quick Facts
- Different routes (oral vs injections vs trans-dermal etc) have the same results. Pick whichever option you are most comfortable with.
- If you're doing feminizing hrt your boobs will randomly grow in bursts. Chest pain going away is perfectly normal.
- It's unreliable to estimate your hormone levels based on signs. Take blood tests if they are available to you.
- Remember to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise! This will help you grow properly and look more masculine on testosterone or more feminine on estradiol.

I'm sorry. I've met a few people from Murmansk and Arkhangelsk because of where I live. None of them were terribly keen to return. But then again they didn't need to find estrogen.

I think Murmansk is probably worse than most larger cities in Russia to be fair. I would also expect people from Norilsk to be reluctant to go back.
