Quick Facts

Different routes (oral vs injections vs trans-dermal etc) have the same results. Pick whichever option you are most comfortable with.
If you're doing feminizing hrt your boobs will randomly grow in bursts. Chest pain going away is perfectly normal.
It's unreliable to estimate your hormone levels based on signs. Take blood tests if they are available to you.
Remember to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise! This will help you grow properly and look more masculine on testosterone or more feminine on estradiol.

0.75 mg/morning - 439 pmol(120pg) before next application and 0.64 nmol shitty hormone, no AA, LH <0.12 mMe

0.75 mg/twice - 469 pg(before next dose), 0.642 nmol, LH <0.30 mMe - most recent test at diffrent lab

then i lowered back to one pump because too much estrogen

this so awesome especially i can buy oestrogel w/o prescription at any pharmacy

I'm sorry. I've met a few people from Murmansk and Arkhangelsk because of where I live. None of them were terribly keen to return. But then again they didn't need to find estrogen.

I think Murmansk is probably worse than most larger cities in Russia to be fair. I would also expect people from Norilsk to be reluctant to go back.
