Green cocktails are usually Curacao Blue mixed with orange, passion fruit, or similar juice. Throw in some Tequila or Vodka, and done.
I used to go to a cocktail bar where you'd get custom cocktails one day a week by filling out a small form. Selecting "Green" for the color has never failed me.
I'm a little concerned about that dark greyish brown patch on the rim salt
