3 separate letters, some just repeat, so the commenter is technically right since the question didn't specify only 3 letters.

No, I get the reply. It’s the initial tweet (what animal has only three letters in it) that I don’t get the point of.
Engagement bait. It's to farm karma for bot accounts usually.
Hence the reason it's almost certainly fake. Even a 5 year-old could easily rattle off several animals with three letters in them without much thought.
Now if it was something like what animals has only two letters in it, that's something most people would actually have to think about.
