I need to start taking benzodiazepines or blood pressure meds. Fake shit getting engagement online boils my blood. I can't believe people are this stupid. A reasonable person would go "that never happened" and the post should die into obscurity. But instead this. And then there's the degenerates willing to defend it "nothing ever happens", as a retort which makes me angrier, because literally 99% of this stuff really never happens.
I saw this posted a few years ago and apparently the stickers were designed and placed there by pranksters. Which, you know, should have been pretty obvious to everyone to begin with.
This platform is absolutely notorious for missing obvious satire.
Definitely the first thing that stood out to me when I joined.
If this was in a c/funny or a c/microblog community it'd be a little scammy. But in this comm I actually think it's too good to be a shitpost. What has become of the low-effort garbo we used to know and love?

These pictures don’t look real at all.
After searching around for a bit, and finding only a single Etsy listing for this sticker, I’ve come to the conclusion that this is an ad for that overpriced sticker.
If it is legit, the faucet design makes no sense.
I mean, it’s legit in that the sticker exists. Whether there was an uproar over the sticker’s usage, which I believe seems unlikely, I smell something fishy.
The modern internet is such a weird place. A gypsy market within a fully stocked library that also houses a compendium of games. I don’t love it.

Thumbs are in the wrong way is they wanted to depict a person in front of a washing basin.

While I agree with your conclusion, stick your hands under the water palms up and see which way your thumbs point.
Unless the picture depicts someone washing their hands and dick in a sink, though in that case it's the arms that are wrong.
