Not all today but meal prep for the week. I am getting into the swing of prepping parts of meals and freezing them in those silicon cube things so I can make quick meals and manage food for one. Today I restocked basics.
- brown rice (1/2 cup portions)
- minced a whole lot of ginger (break off as needed)
- ramen noodle stock base. I'm gonna do chicken soup next week.
- onion/celery/carrot
Now I am gonna pour a glass of wine and slowly make a mattar paneer. I'm not the best at Indian but trying to learn.
I have some chicken and other bits in the freezer and I will probably do a lentil instant pot thing and a spag bog instant pot thing during the week. Should all keep me going for a while.
