Do you have to comply showing your ID, registration and/or insurance information to ICE?

I find the videos from this guy interesting but I don't like the use of AI generated content.

It undermines the credibility and makes me feel like I'm just watching some kind of legal fanfiction. The images are also dangerously misleading at times, they are supposed to be simple visual aids but I can see how they would give somebody bad ideas.

Case in point, ICE does not use uniforms as you would expect. A lot of them just look like raggedy assholes in their best combat uniform cosplay.

I would find this dude much more credible if he literally just paid for an inexpensive subscription to a stock image website or doodle stick figures or whatever and animate them in flash.

And, if you say “I plead the Fifth” then immediately shut the f*ck up. The cops will try to get you to un-invoke your right to remain silent.

ICE, DHS, ERO and other federal paramilitary invaders that are often lumped together with ICE do not wear cute blue hoodies or uniforms with ICE on it. They wear military fatigues, with camo and extra ammo to shoot you with. They don't show their faces, and they do not identify.

The rest of the information seems fine assuming the paramilitary is respectful of the law. But we all know that's often not the case.

Does the 5th Amendment Apply to Non-Citizens? It seems legally it does, but outcomes in the news suggest that legal rights are not always respected, which is a concern. I would rather not have any interaction with US immigration officers.
