could be the chilliwack river in british columbia. there are also some places in austria that look like this. the sheer cliff on the right is an interesting landmark, as is the road signs. got it in a higher res?

Would second the BC vibes, but without any additional detail it could easily be Europe too. Don't know how common a sight like this would be in South America, I'd maybe expect a little less tree growth?
