Big brain tech dude got yet another clueless take over at HackerNews etc? Here's the place to vent. Orange site, VC foolishness, all welcome.

Satya Nadella (Microslop CEO), has said that they're engineering this exact thing for Windows. Not a chatbot that runs in Windows, but Windows as a chatbot. It will have access to everything and be able to take actions on your behalf. And they're doing it all by vibecoding Windows from the ground up. The figure I read was 30% of Microslop's code was AI and they announced that like they were proud of it.
The AI bubble keeps radicalizing me further by letting me know that there exists a class of people who are able and willing to pay $300 a day to have a stupid chatbot expose their PII to hackers and maybe set appointments for them just so long as they don't have to interact with a poor person for whom that would be a life-changing amount of money.
Not just a poor person, that's 9000 bucks per month!
