for those who like gooey-inside chocolate chip cookies, if you visit New York City, Levain Bakery makes them exactly like that
i prefer a crunchy CCC (because then I can dunk it in tea lol) but i appreciate the technical difficulty of achieving an over-easy cookie without under-baking some of the dough
Also, costco sells extra thick and gooey chocolate chip cookies, too.
