The SUV pulls forward and gunshots are heard as an officer who in front of the vehicle opens fire .
Bullshit. All the videos clearly show that the officer was next to the vehicle, with the wheels pointed away from him, when he opened fire.

I would describe it as the corner of a slow moving vehicle.
No, he was in front initially. The first shot was through the windshield.
In the close up video he's mostly blocked by another terrorist, but you can see his feet between the legs of the guy blocking him from view.
He positioned himself in front to have a flimsy excuse for murder.
I don't think they show it super clearly. But his own footage shows he intentionally walked in front of the vehicle.
It's clear from at least some of the videos that he did so, but by the time she's driving forward he's already on the left side of the car with the wheels pointed away from him.
But that's definitely arguable and can be used to muddy the waters.
Let's keep with what is crystal clear:
The last point is crucial, because it proves he wasn't in danger. Shooting her only makes her keep accelerating (more likely even increasing it) while holding the trajectory (at least short distance).
That's what people should talk about. It wasn't self defence but even endangering everyone nearby.
