In my home gym, I set up a little white board to record my maxes

text says: squat 120 kg x1 bench 75 kg x2 deadlift 135 kg x2

Awesome stuff :D nothing beats moving up another notch

I mostly train around ~10 reps these days but I updated all my singles in December and I flew past my old PRs, felt so good

I have a few friends that workout regularly and I'm perplexed that at no time do they actually monitor their lifts.

This is great.

I also separately keep up with my 5 rep maxes, so I might do this with two columns.
