Had that yesterday for breakfast! (well....to be fair it was after noon and a long walk through town)

Happy New Year people!

Some shots from NYE dinner:

First plates: salmon ceviche with cucumber, mango coulis, sweet chili, lime balls

Goat cheese with honey-nut filo, pickled beets, orange & pomegranate molasses -

Desserts: blueberry clafoutis with lemoncello curd (the zest that infused the vodka was tossed and saved in sugar, which I used to make the curd)

no mains because I was pumping them out too quickly to get a shot.

A duo of curries with rice (my fancy way of saying I'm finishing off leftover butter chicken and beef massaman 😆)
