I was going to post an AI generated image of us all ironically posting minion memes and AI slop. But I couldn't. I just fucking couldn't do it, man. I... I... I don't know what is happening anymore. Was my ironic shitposting just a lie? Was it all just delusion? Was I actually a decent person all along?
Any community that gets its laughs by pretending to post AI slop will eventually be flooded by actual ai slop enjoyers who mistakenly believe that they’re in good company.

Draw it manually and just claim it's AI slop. Especially if the drawing sucks, so we can still make fun of AI for sucking. 😌

Micky7 is someone trying to train their AI to appeal to Lemmy users. It's why they post 30x a day.
On the one hand, his posts contain a non-negligible number of "boomer" style memes (could be stuff like wife bad, targeted at minorities, vegans, whatever - not necessarily actual examples, just trying to define "boomer" humour), and some of them end up getting downvoted into negatives.
On the other hand, he's bringing content to Lemmy regularly. I'm not saying that's enough on its own, but I can complain all day about niche communities being dead/empty, and then I don't post shit. He does. More people should do that.
Just do it right, though.
Oh, whether it's a bot or not: I'm not saying definitely not, but at least the posting history is showing changes. Started putting an NSFW tag on everything lately (probably to boost engagement, because wow, maybe boobs), and it seems like it stopped. Could still be experiments with a bot account, but there's that.
Pretty sure a lot of the content is from reddit front page. But can't verify cause I'm not on reddit anymore. Not much looks like it's newly made, you know?
Like it's old stuff that's been around.
But I'm also just suggesting it's a conspiracy to train an AI. Idk for sure. I feel like there's a chance it is. Chance it isn't.
