It's actually pretty realistic cause the cop dog never does anything significant it's always the ~~proletarians~~ builder dog and the garbage truck dog who save the day. But still the cop is the fans favorite for some reason.

you know there are services you can just upload a pic and they print and mail it since like 25 years or so, right?
also, depending on region, there are some local shops which do this for like soccer clubs etc. they usually also do it for just one person. you just gotta find them and bring your own article of clothing.
i did this stuff a lot when i was younger. made pics with gimp in the style of a brand, but with a pun instead of the brand name etc.
know any that have actual quality clothes? can't go back to basic threadbare clothes after experiencing high-thread count stuff.
You can literally just search custom tshirts, or custom prints.
