I guess they give you your $0 back and remove it from your account. For when you hate it so much you can't stand to even see it in your list of owned games.
They should have put "As a russian..." at the start of the review so that everyone knows to immediately disregard it

Garbage review reason aside.
1.6 hours is within the 2 hour refund window steam has, plus they are voicing their opinion (as shitty as it is) on why they disliked the game after playing for 1.6 hours.

Only some of what he's talking about is even remotely in the game, and I don't think any of it is in the first 1.6 hours.
Also, he got it for free, so who cares about the refund window?
