Should have kept it in a jar. That would shut them right up.
While that's not really an option for such surgeries since its tissues are used generally, some people do get dildos that are replicas of their dicks before getting the surgery, so that's a viable option!

More seriously, I think it goes back to masculine behavior and people being labeled as active and feminine behavior and people being labeled as passive. Due to that cultural connotation, "suck my dick" is seen as more active and therefore more powerful.
