It's those damn eyes. Bro has these very bug-out eyes that draw your attention. Plus his stage presence is glorious.

Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

I love that halfway through his first shoot as Gowron, after his first time doing that face, everyone said "Do that eye thing again for the next take" and he genuinely did not know what "eye thing" they were referring to. He was not aware of how iconic of a character he just created.
Best appearance to meme ratio is definitely Dathon, who appeared once in "Darmok" and spawned at least a million "Darmok and Jalad at Tenegra" memes.
Appears in one episode
Strikes perfect balance between humour and show of character and themes within the show
Cannot elaborate further due to us not knowing shit about Tamarian tales
Dies
He speaks meme.
Gowron has an incredible screen presence though. It's impossible not to remember him. All due to a ridiculously good actor (and makeup).
Glory to your comment.
Dude was also in the star trek board game. I believe he was under a different klingon name though.
One of those games that had a VHS tape. You would start the tape and play the game. He would interrupt your play with bullshit. Pretty fun!
Experience BIJ!
Thanks for the PTSD 🤣
Glory to you, and your meme.

Eleventy skillion is the exact predicted US debt by 2028. Coincidence? I don't think so.
Gowron for Chancellor 2028
Gowron slapping my meme: You can fit so much honor in this thing.

Until ST:SNW probably the Gorn, at least i only remember the one ST:TOS episode
Enterprise had one also. In the second mirror universe episode. Mirror Archer squishes him with the gravity plating.
That was a Tholian, wasn't it? Maybe I'm forgetting another scene.
The tholian was frozen by Phlox on NX-01 when it started transmitting. The gorn, Slar, was killed on the Defiant using gravity plating.
Ah, right. Thanks.
Not that it is the top ratio, but Alexander is another character who is probably on the list
EDIT: Ooh, and this guy who died in his first episode
Charisma
