Out of the loop. Why, is there a direct connection between those two?
Give me a mexican instance (in spanish, obviously), that allows porn, piracy, defederates the known problematic instances and is free from government propaganda (or at least that acts against it), and I will try to convince as many as I can to leave reddit.
