Nah, they've got bad bones. No blood production. The blood they drink is pure replacement.
Yeah but you can only fit so much and stay the same size so at some point something has to go somewhere or they'd all be gigantic and bloated like Augustus Gloop.
They're supernatural creatures, so who's to say they adhere to rules about conservation of matter?

Ostensibly vampire poop would be black from the blood solids. Likely jet black, like coal, but it wouldn't burn. Unburnable coal as vampire poop is a cool idea.
Different mythos exist, but I know the Anne Rice vampires specifically get really sick and shit like crazy when they're turned as their body essentially dies and voids itself.
From then on I think they never have waste again? I think? Though I don't know what happens if they eat solid food... maybe it just passes straight through?
It's been a while, but I definitely remember that pooping was part of becoming a vampire.
