I've had the same thought about Trump. A proper punishment for him would be that he is forced to change his last name to "Pedophile."

He'd be "President Pedophile." He owns "Pedophile Tower" in New York.

Generally speaking, yes.

Might (in some regions) just mean "fool/idiot", but the majority of people would take it as a synonym for "paedo".
