I made a wholemeal sourdough and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

home made hamburgers for dinner tonight

burgers have been et, made with heaped spoons of 7 spice mix, and eaten with mango chutney , fried eggs, etc

I made a salad with rocket, egg, mackerel, pepita seeds and olive oil.
