Thank you Radical Left and what's left of the American checks and balances system for helping us resist the oppression of the Right for at least a little bit longer.

checks and balances system
that shit is creaking LOUDLY. something's rattling inside. ALL OF THE WARNING LIGHTS ARE FLASHING.
methinks the system is fucked
It's barely holding, but it's not entirely gone yet. Things are dire, but not yet lost.
You don’t think SCOTUS is lost yet? The shadow docket alone should show it is.
we need to pack the fuck out of that shitshow
https://www.lawdork.com/p/the-kavanaugh-stop-50-days-later?r=5qfrbl
then, actually seperate from the other branches. a supreme court where the seats are chosen by the president and confirmed by a senate was never not going to be a political shit show.
expand scrotus by a couple seats, hard age-cap or set number years (20-30?) then have em do their own internal elections for replacement. with congress nominating (some) choices to choose from, there should also be a very strict exam to even be considered eligible for nomination (expand that out to all state/federal judges...why the fuck are any of them elected freely again? for fucks sake in like half the country you dont need any legal experience to be a judge...).
while we're at it, scrap this common law bullshit entirely for civil law. common law is literally just a english perversion of civil law, so some inbred english aristocrat's could hang onto power
it'd be a start.
this is sarcasm, right?
as my grandfather used to say "mmmnn. don't fret, that rust will hold."
I mean, we've got proof you can ignore the Constitution without consequences. I'd say it needs scrapped and reworked from scratch.
it's fucking wild to me how people are still thinking this shit isnt going tits up as soon as trump croaks.
everyone is coping on a "return to normal" (read...unsustainable ratfucking") when he dies, but that is not coming...
...motherfuckers... they literally put out a statement saying they wouldnt leave power peacefully, when someone tells you who they are... believe them
Things weren't better under the "normal" they want to return to, they we just less aware and less effected by the atrocities that have been ongoing.
Why does president Trump care more about his ball room than about ending the government shutdown?
Are you referring to the Epstein Ballroom?
I've heard it called this all over, must be the Official Government™ name
The throneroom
epstein file distraction. venuezla attacks, Ice at select cities, all are distraction.
It's those DAMN DEMONRATS causing the Republican Controlled House Senate and Presidency to SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT!
-Free Thinkers who Do Their Own Research TM!
I'm not convinced the "radical left" have a single elected representative...
I'm not convinced the "radical left" would ever run for office
its anyone thats not a magat is a radical left, this includes RINOs.
Someone grab the edit logs for the web site and start putting together a case.
If this government got any dumber, they should start wearing bibs to catch all the drool
trump drools from all the cocaine.

You know the saying that if everyone in the world is an asshole, you might be the asshole? Well, if everyone who disagrees with you is a radical then....
BoTh SiDeS tHo
GOP shut down government based on their own GOP lie.
I genuinely cant understand this shit. If I was the president I would be bending over backwards to help my countrymen and women get fed. Id be cooking for them myself. They dont even care about their own MAGATs going without.
America under Trump is third world.
Part of the problem is that you'd never become president with that attitude.
