I was thinking of the Royal show but the ticket prices shut that idea down fast.

I'm shocked that no one is saying that they are spending the time reflecting on King Charles and the benevolent, paternal role he plays in all our lives

Dogsitting an elderly Silkie, whose tongue hangs out the side of its mouth.

It's super hilarious and cute.

Certainly can.

Had the wisdom of ages, and a chill, curious attitude.

Great dog.

NB. May be a Yorkie, I call all fluffy dogs Silkie.

I have some cumqquars that desperately need picking, i don't think i'm gona have the time to get them all this year, butbi want at least a bag. Besides that, probably vaccum and dust the house. So a pretty boring day ahead.

Wait... the royal shows on?

[โ€“] PDFuego@lemmy.world 2 points 6 months ago

Same as usual, sleep and then night shift. Work is a lot quieter than normal and pays more, so I'm not complaining (well, except that the supermarket closed at 6 instead of 9 so I didn't have a chance to pick up something for dinner).

I didn't know the royal show was on either, I've been meaning to go to it at least once in my adult life. I remember as a kid getting dragged around all the boring stuff before finally making it to the rides & showbags, but I think I might be more interested now.
