I remember I was twenty-five and ate a medium pepperoni pizza at like 10 pm at night. I woke up around 1 am with the worst feeling in my chest. It was a horrible burning that would not go away and kept me up all night.
Yes, I discovered I had heart burn. Never had it up until this point and I have had it ever since. FUN!
Weird. Kind of the opposite for me. Had it constantly as a kid, like once since hitting thirty-and that was a while ago

I was so confused, trying to figure out why anyone would want to grind up Smarties on their pizza.
Weird, this is what smarties are to me: 
This is where famotidine shines. One itsy-bitsy pill right before or right after I eat something that tends to give me heartburn and I'm all good for the night.
My biggest issue is I have a heat-tooth, but my internal anatomy feels otherwise. And there's no common over the counter pill that I'm aware of that's useful for appeasing a small intestine that wants me dead.
What's a heat tooth?
They like spicy food. Like a sweet tooth.
Yeah, ranitidine and famotidine were both very good to me back when I got heartburn often, and I'll still hit them up once in a while. There's even ones that have mint coating, so any indigestion later at least has an air of freshness.
Tropical fruit flavor! That's a pharmacist's pineapple pizza.
Those will give ya kidney stones. Omeprozol or pepsid AC 30 mins before is much better

It's yummy and has a nice texture, therefore it's candy
