non technical users don't tend to experience these issues, since they don't know enough about computers to get them messed up like yours

if variable high refresh rate on my game monitor while discord and YouTube run at 60hz on the other wrecks playability, then definitely

I'm not one of those people who loves tearing though, so its good enough for me

if whoever runs this bot reads this: why? what's the point in spamming Lemmy with these worthless comments?

one thing that I hope will help is building skills in hobbies that are easy on the body. painting, playing an instrument, writing, etc

too many people seem to fall into idle entertainment like TV or tablet games, which don't offer much of a reason to get up in the morning

basically that, yes.

though in my experience, they'd make the tests so hard that everyone would get failing or nearly failing grades, then curve up so that more people pass and some get As

only issue for them is if the average is 36% but 3 students got high 90s.. makes the curving math a lot more awkward

Those prices are way too high. $250 gets you something decent off marketplace. $50 if it's shitty but still works fine.

The people spending thousands are either very avid bikers or well off boomers going through their gravel bike mid life crisis.

10k is insanity, like spending 300k on a car

Lot of anti establishment banjo music still.

Also that's a left handed banjo, neat. Don't see them often.

There's a difference between the position that something can be determined unacceptable with the given context and arguing against wanting more context
