Charlie Brown is sitting on the floor as Patty approaches and leans towards him. She says,"Charlie Brown, I have good news for you!" He replies,"For me?"
They stand and she places a sprinkler atop his head and continues,"We have decided to crown you, 'King Neptune'!" He says,"Gee!"
She walks off and he looks after her. He asks,"But why 'King Neptune'?"
As the water gushes out of the sprinkler, he says,"Oh!"
