It's from 2021. The kid did make the fake Nintendo from a box, but he wasn't given a cease and desist letter, he wasn't sued by Nintendo, and he also didn't receive a Nintendo. Nothing else happened.

Paco is slang for Police in Venezuela way before this child born in 2011-2012, and no one with more than 2 neurons would have called its child like a cop.
Police in Venezuela during Chavismo are pretty shit people and no one likes them, they're usually all criminals in uniform. Some people do prefer to be mugged by criminals than being stop by the police on the street.
