i had a similar issue.. plausible kbin.earth is being hammered by scrapers, which then interfere with incoming AP traffic. I had to make my instance content 'private' (require login) to prevent.
fedia.io had to take similar action.
It seems an issue across several instances, so probably a .world issue. I'm sure admins are working on it.
Same for me, noticed last post (I have a lot of blocked stuff) was 20 hours ago

Thanks for this post. This happened once before, maybe about a month ago, and seemed to fix itself after a day. Hopefully it won't be an issue too long - can someone ping the admin?

Progress update: I received a comment from outside kbin.earth and my feed seems to refill bit by bit.

Outwards federation was working fine, but from external instances towards kbin.earth was stuck. The admin gave a notification that the issue is now fixed and the server is catching up ^^
