4 mph is fast for walking. You must have superb legs.
I usually go for a 5 mile walk 4 or 5 times a week! It takes a while if you don't have a little hustle going lol
My Fitbit says my fast walking speed is 17 minute miles(around 3.5 mph), so you've got me beat by a tiny bit. And I'm lanky with long legs, and I hike a lot. You've definitely got hustle.
That's incredible. I always try to trigger it when I'm biking and it's like 50/50.
