Dupixent, my mom has Purigo Nodularous and it's basically torture. Still trying to get the meds cleared to be covered for her, they're over $1k per shot and she needs it like once a week or something.

My ADHD meds so I don't have to go without it for a month every couple of years due to shortages.
If you ever have a few days to burn, throw your bottle behind the fridge or some other physically difficult to access place, haha. Worked for me but ymmv. If you're lucky, you'll forget you even have it thanks to the induced object impermanence 🙃
Can you ask your Dr to slightly increase the dose and just retain the extra units for this purpose?
I already build up a small backlog by forgetting it on weekends which tends to smooth things out when there are brief shortages. Already on the highest dose as well.
Unfortunately, every couple of years it is difficult to fill for nearly two months and there just aren't enough leftovers to cover the gap.
Do think about seeing if you can get yourself on (not necessarily prescribed at) a lower dose, get your partner if you have one to put it in your drink and ask them not to tell you if they shorted you so you can see if its possible to function on a lower dose

Some kind of insanely expensive medicine which saves lives so I can give it away. It'd be very rewarding and I don't need anything else anyway.

Shrooms. I've never done them but I think I'm mentally in the right place now and it would be nice to have a whole collection of different strains for studies and recreational experiments.
You can very easily grow them in your closet at home. It's a fun project and insanely inexpensive with high yields

My favorite by far! If you don't take enough to trip balls, it just makes you unrealistically happy.
Does it have to be a single type? I'm not much of a drug consumer. If we're picking by frequency then I'd pick ibuprofen. If we're picking by enjoyment, I'll go for psilocybin. But I'm also an extremely occasional user so, if I could have a vault of mixed drugs I'll go for a pretty varied list of common medicines/prescriptions, maybe some cosmetic stuff if that counts too, mushrooms and why not pot since we're at it.
No matter which, I'll end up sharing most I'm sure. I don't really feel the need for a vault of drugs just for myself alone.
Cocaine.
Weed. In the form of edibles, sodas, and pre-rolled joints
Serotonin.
Methylenedioxymethamphetamine please.
Probably something like adderall. Although morphine would be tempting since supposedly it's not that bad for your health long term compared to something like meth; the main problem for people seems to be running out.
Alcohol, I'd open a bar and then I'd have money to buy whatever drugs I want. Probably weed.
With the profit margins on alcohol you really don't need to be rich in it. The issue is acquiring a license to sell it.
But really, when you buy a single shot at a bar, (price and liquor dependent, ofc), it generally pays for 1/4 to 1/2 of the entire bottle, considering the bottles are normally purchased in bulk.
When I was bartending years ago we'd get bottles of Jameson whiskey for ~$15 a bottle, then sell shots for $5.00 each. 3 1.5oz shots sold from a 750ml bottle paid for the whole bottle and left another 14.5 shots to sell.

Wish I could share with you. Got a vial and a bunch of gel tabs and some blotter and then my anxiety skyrocketed. So now it’s just living in a cool dark place. I’ll get better one day.

Best decision I ever made.
I'll still smoke some weed and occasionally (rarely) other things, but next month marks 4 years without alcohol and holy shit life is so much better.
It was tough at first, but entirely worth it.
I wanna swim in a giant vault of weed the way Scrooge McDuck swam in gold coins.
Weed might be different, but please note that gold coins are solid and that attempting to dive into them like Mr. McDuck did will likely end in serious injury or death.
If the former occurs, I'm sure you'd be able to afford the medical bills, though.
