Does JD Vance actually wear eyeliner though? Clearly there is some explanation for why he always looks a little bit like Liza Minnelli, maybe it is because he feels like that needs to be part of his style, on purpose, or something, but that seems at least a little implausible although I have never heard any other explanation that makes any more sense.
the simplest explanation is generally speaking the correct explanation. probably he's wearing eyeliner because that's the shortest path to explaining why he looks like that without evidence to the contrary. he might also be double lashed, but that's simply less likely than he applies eyeliner

Yeah. Every single person you see on TV is wearing makeup, and if you ever see someone who isn't, they look like a diseased potato. I'm just saying why does heavy eyeliner have to be part of it for JD? It's just baffling. It has to be on purpose. Right?
I can imagine someone trying to explain the drawbacks of black vs dark brown liner to him and him dismissing caring about makeup and ending the conversation, but that’s just conjecture. Maybe he just likes how it looks.
