Deadline confirms that the King of the Hill revival will be released this summer on Hulu. The news was revealed as part of the announcement that the cast and crew of the fan-favorite animated show will reunite at the ATX TV Festival in May.

So we know "this summer". The festival takes place May 29 - June 1, 2025, where I'm guessing they'll announce the release date.

I'm guessing early July, right after the 4th since you can use that in universe to get everyone together.

Should have died with Dale

Yeah tbh I'm worried. I hope they actually kill Dale in-universe in some marvelously Dale fashion instead of attempting to replace Chad as a voice actor, and same with Luanne (but she can just "have moved to ugh, California" or something lol.)

Reboots suck usually, which is also a factor, but I'm hoping this one turns out well, it very well could. Especially with Mike Judge back in the driver's seat, at least it isn't King of the Hill GO!! or some nonsense.

Dale did lots of the voice work before he passed...Mike Judge isn't the type to beat a dead horse to death
