I had the same thought at first.
That's interesting, I did not see it that way because I was there I guess, but it was maybe 14°C, so not really cold. And he certainly enjoyed being in the water, he kept just sitting in the dish for what felt like 5 minutes or so.
I'm glad he looks warm now 😁
