Bernie Sanders seems cool. He consistently approaches events from a realist viewpoint, and explains the opposition's actions for those who need the explanation.

99 percent of what Trump says is false. Either because it's a deliberate lie, or because he doesn't know what he's talking about. Probably the only honest and true thing he said is that he would like to fuck his daughter.
And yet, there’s barely any content online that truly calls out all the lies. Sure, there are daily articles and posts, but nothing really sticks. It feels like we have the attention span of goldfish.
There have never really been any consequences, because as the opposition, we’re not actually opposing effectively. Unlike the right, who oppose Democrats with every fiber of their being. I still see people driving around with a dozen “F*** Biden” stickers and anti-vaccine slogans on their cars. I still see guys standing on overpasses with pictures of Bill Gates and posters about the New World Order.
Meanwhile, on the left? I think there was a protest last week. It lasted a few hours, maybe. A lot of people showed up, walked around, and then went home. I’m not even sure what the protest was about, but everyone seemed to feel like they accomplished something.
But that right-wing guy on the overpass? He’s been out there for a year. And somehow, my grandma thinks Bill Gates is a pedophile trying to start a New World Order—but she has no idea that Trump is disappearing people.
So I don’t get it. One guy on an overpass vs. millions marching in the street. Something isn’t right. I mean I get it everyone, there fascists, they're Nazis. Maybe if we just keep saying it then other people will realize it to on their own but maybe not. Maybe we need to do more collectively than March and call them names. Maybe we need to shape culture instead of just hiding from it all and being reactive.
Even then, he was still lying because he added the disclaimer "if she wasn't my daughter."
99 percent of what Trump says is false.
At least.
They lie.
We know they are lying.
They know that they are lying.
They even know that we know they are lying.
We also know that they know we know they are lying.
They, of course, know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying.
Yet they still lie.
In Russia, the lie has become not just a moral category, but the pillar industry of this country.

shrugs Must be all that money.

I thought that was already cleared up. That this was due to a misinterpreted quirk in the COBOL programing language? And as a result, Musk wants to rewrite the whole thing "in a few months"?
And it says a lot about the US of 2025 that his really isn't the braindeadest thing we've witnessed.
It was cleared up to people who care about factual information. Unfortunately those people increasingly not only aren't in charge, but aren't even being allowed into the building.
Let's see, you have been doing this job for almost thirty years and understand all the facts and ins and outs of the system = Fired or not allowed to do your job anymore.
You have no clue about Social Security, its operation, its software systems, or its mission and you were just hired a couple of months ago = Promoted.
You must not have the same Facebook friends that I have. They have an important video you should watch where Elon explains what he’s doing with doge and you will absolutely be as convinced as they were.
you will absolutely be as convinced as they were
Not sure if you're joking.
I’m definitely joking. But that’s how my Facebook friends (ex Facebook frieends) would phrase it. If I weren’t joking I should include the video in be comment.
Great to see from Bernie Sanders.
"It's just another lie"
Well.....yeah. That was known the second you knew it was a thing that trump said. He would rather climb a tree to tell a lie, than get a blowjob and tell the truth.
Were Trump’s lips moving?
He wasn't sucking Putin's knob, so probably.
