Clearly it's time to deport the majority of Americans to foreign prisons.
Is it because they’re ostensibly our ally but have shitty political views and I’m not sure why we keep bailing them out when they fuck up? Because that’s how I feel about half my cousins. I want to be loyal but I also try to find a way to get out of Thanksgiving every year.

It's at least partly due to the amount of insane christian zealots who believe that any nation who turns their back on israel will be destroyed by god during Armageddon (the bible speaks of this). Wish i didn't have first hand knowledge of this lol
Funny thing is, the Bible really doesn’t speak of that. It speaks of the armies that come to destroy Zion as being destroyed themselves. The rest is opportunistic interpretation.
Whether Zion refers to Israel the nation, the spiritual descendants of Abraham, Jerusalem or the New Jerusalem is all in how you read it. And the Jewish scriptures are pretty clear that the land will be levelled in the fighting, after which people from all nations will be able to come to the rebuilt Jerusalem in peace.

Decades of propaganda at work and a political inertia exploiting the well-meaning attempt at thwarting antisemitism (and the risk of being perceived as Antisemitic), combined with massive anti-Muslin sentiment.
I’ve never understood anti-Muslins… I mean, it doesn’t wrinkle and it breathes better than silk and linen… why the hate?

I don't like being be cynical but all over the western and islamic world is people not liking the genocide and barely anywhere is there a government trying to stop it from happening. Yes this is good news, but I'm afraid it's not gonna do much for Gaza or the West Bank.
