Oddly enough, the same SCOTUS that ruled he has absolute immunity has ruled against him many times before, and you'll recall, it was just a week ago that Trump called out SCOTUS in the media.
Not that it makes any of us feel better.

He has already spent 3 weeks in gen pop when he was not deported before specifically because he was targeted by the gangs there.

It is indescribably fascist that this is a SCOTUS issue at all.
There is one right answer here. The lower courts got it right, and I think we're going to find out either this person has already been killed in the gulag, or the story he has to tell is so horrific that he'll suffer an unfortunate accident before they're able to bring him back.
